With a BFA from Carnegie Mellon, an MFA from The University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. from The University of Chicago, I've taught studio courses such as Drawing and Interactive Design, as well as lecture courses in Visual Culture, Art History and Television Culture.

I'm a twin. When my sister and I were born, my parents hadn't settled on names, so when we left the hospital, our legal names were still 'Girl-A' and 'Girl-B' to reflect the birth order. They never got around to putting my given name on my birth certificate, and I kind of like it. So I kept it.
